Watch out for companies who claim to be in the business for many years. One of our competitors claims to be in business for 5+ years but the BBB reports only show 1 year! They claim lifetime warranty... but its not. Read their information carefully as most of it is false! Below is a notice from Waterstar about the sale of their saunas in the USA. Be advised that when you buy a sauna online, we are selling you a TRUE Waterstar sauna -- Others do not. We offer a full LIFETIME WARRANTY on our saunas because we have the parts in our warehouse to back it up! Some companies will try to sell you a sauna at a low price with a "lifetime warranty" but check with the importing company, they only offer a 1 year warranty. Be sure to contact the MFG for the sauna you are buying. You may find that you have little or no warranty! When buying a sauna, or any other product from an internet dealer, pricing can be low... but if pricing is too low... beware. Note the size of the unit is SMALLER than the true Waterstar and the doors and windows are not full glass, only 1/2 glass. There are a few companies that are selling what they call "Made by Waterstar" but these probably are not from Waterstar. If you see pricing lower than ours, be warned! Try to call the company and see if the same person answers the phone. Odds are only 1 person works there and they are working from a garage or basement -- not reputable.
