Product Liability InsuranceMost major companies carry or should carry Product Liability Insurance. We are one of the few sauna companies that carry this type of insurance. It is very expensive but protects us and you incase of a problem with your sauna.What most people and small sauna companies don't understand is that when you manufacture a product, you are the person or company who is responsible for its well being. The same holds true when importing from outside of the USA. Being that most saunas are imported from China, that makes the company who imports them considered to be the manufacturer in the eyes of the US Law. Therefore it is imperative for anyone who imports or makes products, carry the proper insurance. In the event there is a claim made due to a sauna malfunction, you would need to be able to collect on your losses. Without this insurance, the company you bought your sauna from could simply go out of business leaving you to deal with the mess. Many of the online stores, auctions and companies who sell saunas do NOT carry this insurance and/or the company they buy from does not carry it. You would need to check with each sompany you consider buying from to ensure they have proper coverage. The same holds true for any item you buy. Our coverage also extends to our bamboo and tiki lines as well. All of our swimming pools and accessories are covered by the USA Manufacturer who has the coverage for the products they make. Buying a sauna at a cheap price does not mean you got a great deal. We offer bottom line pricing as we deal with the manufacturing companies oveseas directly.
