Can I really install an inground swimming pool myself?
Yes, you can if you have basic skills to use common tools. Our DIY information explains how simple it really is to install your own inground swimming pool. We even include online documention to browse through before you buy.

Are your inground pool kits really complete?
Yes. We have a detailed list of all parts and accessories that come with each inground pool kit. Beware of other inground pool kits. Some companies try to sell you kits for lower prices and leave out items such as steps, pumps and filters. You end up paying more in the end when you add in all the extras that they charge you for. We give you everything you need to get your inground pool up and running with no hidden costs. You can see exactly what comes in each pool kit by going to our pool kit page. All items listed on that page are included. The only thing you need to supply is the concrete for the collar of the pool and the 6 to 1 sand to concrete mixture for the pool bottom. Other items like electrical wiring, additional plumbing, etc may be needed depending on pool size.

We are all human and make typing mistakes. Pricing on merchandise is subject to final approval before orders are processed and sent to shipping.

How much is delivery?
In most cases delivery is free to your door. Your above ground swimming pool or ingroun pool kit is drop shipped to you. You simply need to unload the pool kit from the truck. Be sure to check all parts upon delivery to ensure the delivery company is not missing an item or broke something during shipping. If something is missing or broken you need to let the driver know at the time of delivery as well as call us right away so we can file a claim and ship you the new part immediately.

I'm ready to order what do I do now?
We will take your order over the phone to ensure you get the correct pool kit and accessories. We do not want to ship you a kit that you won't be happy with. We have an online inground pool kit estimator and an above ground pool kit estimator that will take you thru all the options you may need for the pool. Once you complete the online estimator, you will be able to order online, or print out the pool kit order form and fax it or mail it to us right away. We of course can help you over the phone as well.

How are your pools and other items shipped?
All inground pool kits and above ground pools are shipped common carrier to your home. You will need to be home to accept and sign for delivery. You should have extra hands available to unload the truck as there can be alot of parts depending on pool size. Smaller orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx depending on size of order.

How long until we receive our order?
Orders are normally shipped out the next business day after we have received payment, assuming that the item is in stock. Back ordered items will ship out as soon as they return in stock. Checks and money orders need to clear our bank before an order is shipped. Orders not shipped right away may be due to a back order of merchandise. Orders are shipped from warehouses around the country. Shipping time will vary from state to state. Inground pool kits will normally ship out 5-7 business days after the payment is received. Other goods normally ship out right away.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged to Florida customers at a rate of 7% sales tax. All orders delivered to customers outside of Florida are not charged sales tax.
